APGA Tour and BCGCA to award $10,000 in scholarships to Black college golfers through the Greg Bowles Scholarship Fund Chris Reimer, President, CR PR Group, Reimer@CRPRGroup.com Officials from the Advocates Professional Golf Association (APGA) and the Black College Golfers Coaches Association (BCGCA) today announced the establishment of the Greg Bowles Scholarship Fund.
