Latino star golfer, Abraham Ancer, officially signed with LIV Golf. Ancer, who won the 2021 WGC-St. Jude Invitational for his lone Tour title, is the 20th-ranked player in the world. He joins Dustin Johnson, and other ranked players to have decided to play under the LIV GOLF banner.

As Brown-Riley arrives at the next level in her storied career, she is proving that you can definitely get a second chance to make a first impression. Brown-Riley has been playing golf since the age of seven. She won the 1974 Junior World Championship (at Presidio Hills) when she was only ten years of age. Brown-Riley went on to rack up many more tournament wins during her formative years, which had her looking forward to Q school and a groundbreaking career as a touring LPGA professional golfer.

  PGA Hall of Famer Renee Powell of East Canton, Ohio, has written another historic chapter in a remarkable career. Powell, 75, who became the first Black woman PGA Member in 1996, was named Monday the 2021 Northern Ohio PGA Golf Professional of the Year. She is the first woman recipient of the Section award, which was first presented in 1974.
